Our Nursing & Rehab Center’s addition (built in 2000) enabled us to offer, at that time,
care to another 30 residents. The space now enables us to provide an enhanced level of
short-term rehabilitation for those in need of physical, occupational or speech therapy
in advance of returning home.

Glen Rose Medical Center’s acute care, 16-bed Hospital includes immediate access
to in-house Diagnostics. In addition to full laboratory services and a highly-equipped
cardiopulmonary department, GRMC offers CT scans, MRI, Mammography screens,
Bone Densitometry, and Nuclear Medicine’s SPECT test.

Renovated and enlarged in 2000, the 2900 sq. ft. Surgical Suite now includes two
operating rooms and a dedicated endoscopy suite along with pre-op prep rooms,
recovery and waiting rooms.

Our Emergency Room, updated in 2009, allowed our ED to grow from four to 11 beds,
along with lab and radiology expansions, renovation of the lobby, and relocation of our
pharmacy and medical records department.

& GRMC’s medical building is home to a number of Primary Care Physicians. All are
Board Certified, most in Family Medicine and one in Internal Medicine. They bring the best
preventative care along with diagnosis and treatment for patients of all ages.

& From our Specialty Clinics you receive the medical care of specialists in the practice
of Cardiology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Surgery, Urology, Obstetrics and Gynecology,
Plastic Surgery, Otolaryngology (ENT), Ophthalmology, and Podiatry.
